Timeout when downloading Arduino Support Package

Hi, I confront a problem when downloading Arduino Support Package for Uno and Mega 2560. every time the connection is timed out.

I'm able to download all other packages like Raspberry Pi,DAQmx and Kinect with no problems. I use MATLAB R2014 64 bit version and Windows 8.1. I have no proxy on my machine. All help is appreciated.

I have met the same problem,and I also have no idea.I'd rather expect the answer to this question.

Apparently 2014a doesn't support simulink library for Arduino
