Best method to perform a time series analysis

Hi,

I was wondering what built in function i should use in order to perform a time series analysis? I looked into the "\" method but there are several others such as "regress". What is the difference ans is there one better suited for a time series analysis?

you may have to be more specific on what you mean by "time series analysis". that could mean different things to different people. "regress" does multiple linear regression. "\" solves a system of linear equations. which one is "better", or which one even makes sense, depends a lot on what you are trying to do...
