plotting Semiconductor Quantum well's susceptibility versus detuning-Quantum Optics

Hi

I am doing a calculation by MATLAB for the plotting first order susceptibility of Semiconductor Quantum Well versus detuning of the probe field. but i don't have any paper to check my code and results .i am trying to plot with Density Matrix approach.

Does anybody know how I can get the desired and correct form of the Kappa-dp (susceptibility versus detuning of the probe field)curves? in other word i want to plot according to the uploaded document that anyone can fiend link here. Thanks for the help.
