Given a set of second order complex differential equations, can I get the state space representation with Matlab??

At the moment I am having trouble with the system of the attached figure. Please if you prefer the Matlab representation I can program it as well.

My question is if introducing the previous system in Matlab and defining the input - outputs, is there any way of producing the state space representation?
