Sliding and plotting in matlab GUI

hi,

   I have 12 columns data that I have successfully plotted one by one in Matlab gui by using list box.
Now I want to interface slider with it, so I can move the plot according to my own step size. But I am not able to achieve this.

   I have to keep the data size of 250 at a time and the slider could move but the plot should show only 250 points.

   Please advice how to proceed in this direction.
