loading and tuning images

plz,anyone suggest me idea regarding doing project with finger vein image processing.During training methods have to perform pre-processing such as gray scale conversion,canny edge detection, roi,noise removal etc..while doing canny detection,threshold values tuned by genetic algorithm..

my doubt is whether to perform loading image and have to perform side by side tuning byG.A along with them ???OR have to load all images ,then have to perform tuning by G.A??/

plz do me favour..
