Find the source block for a bus signal programmatically

It is possible to find the source block for a signal in a Bus by double clicking the Bus Creator block, selecting the signal in the list of signals and pressing the Find button.

Can this be done programmatically? i.e. if I know the block handle for the Bus Creator can I programmatically find the handles of the source blocks for all the signals in the bus?
