Generating equations using data points

I have the data points of my work / calculations . I want to plot a curve of these points and also generate an equation of the same curve. Thanks for the help

Same issue here, I have the data points and i want to generate an equation from these datas points. Polyfit didn't work.

Use the polyfit function and its friends.
