How can i fragment an audio signal, filter the different chunks in different ways and then reconstruct the audio output matching those filtered pieces?

I tried with an overlap-add technique using a Hann window but, at the output, I get a noise caused by the discontinuities appearing from a chunk to another one. Anyone can help me?
