Having a problem plotting a mapping

The Joukowski mapping = z+(2^2)/z, from z to the complex plane. I need to plot the maps of the circles for z=(R(e^(i*theta)))-(a+bi) with R^2=((2+a)^2)+(b^2) for

a. (a,b) = (.1,0) and (a,b) = (-.1,0)

b. (a,b) = (0,.1) and (a,b) = (0,-.1)

c. (a,b) = (.1,.1) and (a,b) = (-.1,.1)

d. (a,b) = (.1,.1) and (a,b) = (.1,-.1)
