how to convert a voltage to frequency using the Simulink block

Hello,

I am looking for a linear voltage to frequency converter block in simulink. voltage range is from 0 to 5 Volts. frequency from 1 Hz to 50 Hz.

This scalling can be easily done in Simulink uisng only basic calculation as in the attached image.
