When installing matlab R2013A on Windows 7 64bit I get the Error : exception calling main

I am trying to install R2013a on Windows 7 , it displays the following error : exception calling main. I am working on a project with less time and need an urgent solution, so please help me.

I already tried editing the environment variables, editing the user a.c , folder names to ensure naming conditions are met, installing in safe mode, uninstalling and installing c++ & java but nothing works.
