Compiler issue when using embedded MATLAB function.

Hello
I want to use a embedde MATLAB function but I keep getting the next error: Unable to locate 'mexopts.bat', and therefore cannot determine which compiler to use for simulation builds. Use 'mex -setup' to select a supported compiler. I have already followed these steps: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/93013. I installed Visual Studio C++ 2010 and used mex -setup to set it. Can anyone help me?
