water tank controler using fuzzy

I am working on water tankcontroller, where my water tank is sphherical,I modifeid the codes from example sltank rule.But the problemis the water in tank is not increasing or decreasing,kindly tell where the mistake is

Using mathwork codes i have created circle now i wanto fill the water tank with water say 1/4th of tank,plz tellhow to start wit
