Matlab script with HTML/javascript within

Hello. I have a matlab script which plots kml data in google earth,and I would like to know whether an user clicks on a feature of which I've plotted on google earth or not,I've read the google earth API and it's possible but I have to use eventlisteners, but to be able to use them I must programming in javascript or html, and due to that I wonder if in my matlab script I can add a function wrote in one of that languages. Is that possible?
