User Documentation Hyperlinks not working

Hi Folks

I developed a toolbox with some documentation and for some or other reason the html pages are not displaying. I have defined the help tree in helptoc.xml and the docuemntation worked in previous versions. I am now trying to use 2013a and the help tree comes up in the browser, but when I click on any of the items they do not work. I have looked at the examples and the xml is correct. I also unpacked the help.jar file (which used to be the way to store the files previously), so now I have all the html files in the same directory as the helptoc.xml file. Any suggestions would be helpful.
