How can i add dataset function back in 2013a

I am trying to run scripts that utilizes dataset function and matlab doesn't offer the dataset function anymore. So I downloaded older version (2013a) but the function is still not there. Any idea how I can get the dataset function back in there?

Dataset still exists in MATLAB, however you need the Statistics toolbox (this has always been the case).

In newer releases there is something very similar: table.
