login trials for user in login ?

in login method i want to add trials for user whe he forget his password? How it will add in matlab code?

Please clarify what you mean by trials. Do you want to give the used a number of attempts to input the password or do you want to use something like captcha?

Yes Sir it is..attempt for login ...which have to add me in..code...can u tell me how to add attempt as counter or..how to count..trials of login in matlab ?i m using .mat file as database here.
