Seperating Individual Objects into seperate images

Hi I was just wondering if anyone had a clear and concise solution about how to take the different objects in an image and separate them into different images using just the simulink blocks and embedded matlab functions(NO extrinsic functions) I want my model to be compatible with code-generation. So esentially I just want to take a binary image with various objects and separate these objects into there own individual images Any Ideas would be appreciated.
