Why my license number is not accepted?

Hi! I'm from Argentina and I am trying to active Matlab Mobile to use at my University. My license number is 16**52 but it's not accepted when I introduce it. What is my mistake?. Thanks!

The historical records show that,

The universal MATLAB 6.0 PLP license key was 42 .
The universal MATLAB 6.5 PLP license key was 43 .

For Matlab 7.x, they changed the universal license system.

The universal MATLAB 7.0 PLP license key was "Great Green Arkleseizure".
The universal MATLAB 7.1 PLP license key was "ZZ9 plural Z alpha".
