I have a 3 dimensional matrix which is the signal I want to process in simulink .the first dimension is the number of examples, the second dimesion is the number of channels and the 3rd dimension is the samples. Since i am a beginner in simulink can anyone please tell me how can i import such a data into simulink.

Use a 'From Workspace' block to get the data from MATLAB workspace into Simulink. Then you can separate it or simply use 'InPort' block. If you use a 'From Workspace' block then you can use a Demux. You can find other Signal Routing options in Signal Routing.
