AC voltage source is not giving sinusoidal output in matlab version 2010B

I have rigged up a simple circuit consisting of ac voltage source and a resistor. For run time 20ms i am getting pure sine wave. As i increase the run time the voltage across the resistor gets distorted. Please help me in this regard....
