Help Creating this Program...

You store your "Magic the Gathering" cards in a database. Somehow the program searches up the values of ALL your cards using a price guide for CURRENT values.
It returns the max values of your cards so you can see which ones are at peak price to sell high.
How do i make the program go online and search the magic price guide searchbox though?
I've heard of URLRead but I need to make the program interactively use the search box on the website.
Any ideas?
