structure of data array

Hi, please, I need your help, if possible. I can not realize a script! My problem is with Structure. I have a folder with 57 .mat file which are matrix with two coloums. To each file is associated a value (0 or 1) thought the attached code. This code load .xls file from two differents folders and save them as .mat associating them the values 0 or 1. This .mat file are in the .MAT folder. I would create a structure s(57) in which I have a schede for each file .mat with the matrix and the associated value 0 or 1.

could you give me some suggestions?
