Fixed Step Solver Problems

I am designing a 3 phase bldc motor model and the results are quite good when I simulate using variable step ode solver but as soon as I switch to the fixed step solver, the graphs are totally changed and mostly the voltages, currents, carrier frequencies and torques etc go down to zero. Does anyone know what might be the problem with this? I shall be grateful.

Reduce your sample time as much as possible to small.
