Spatial Autocorrection Help

Hi

My research involves extracting autocorrection correlation coefficients (Moran's I) from these images:

I have found some matlab Moran's I programs in the matlab file exchange:

But I am a matlab newbie... So can anyone please help get correlation coefficients (-1 to 1 scale) for my images.
