Obtain pixel values from a contour point towards center of image

Please help me!
I have one contour image, i need to browse pixels since this contour to the center of the image in a straight line. The number of pixels must be variable.
For example, if i had a circle, would need to browse inside the circle from the contour to 15 pixels (remember only is an example). This browse must be in a straight line to the center. Can see a example in the next link. http://www.freeimagehosting.net/image.php?0b2d592011.jpg

If you have the contour points, you ought to be able to average them to obtain the center pixel location. You could then use improfile.
