Error when use simulink to connect with Psim's simcoupler

Whenever I build simcoupler in matlab's simulink it shows an error Errors: -->> Error Evaluating 'OpenFcn' callback of S-function block (mask) 'PSimModel/SimCoupler'. -->> Undefined function or method "PSimDialog' for input arguments of type 'char'
I saw several other people get the same problem but have not got an answer yet.
