Why UIAxes in my APP didn't appear when I ran the APP?

Here are several cases in which the UIAxes appears or don't appear. When they don't appear, some callback functions still works while others don't, including these associated with the UIAxes.
1. whole APP: don't appear
2. APP without the Tab: appear
3. APP with only the Tab: appear
4. APP with StartupFcn changed from the first image below to the second (the function of the deleted code is generating 21 ToggleButtons of the ButtonGroup of the Tab in question): appear
