how to save a txt file throught matlab

   When I update a txt file,I can save the file by shortcuts ctrl+s. It will cost a lot of time .How can I save the
file in the matlab commond window instead of ctrl +s.
 使用记事本作为数据的载体,记事本文件内容更新后,使用matlab处理数据,为了更快的得到结果,记事本内容更新后，除了使用CTRL+S保存记事本文件这方法外，能不能在matlab中，使用命令，保存刚才更新内容后的记事本（起到CTRL+S保存记事本文件的作用）？

Can you explain how your text file is created? And what you mean by update
