Tomography projection motion correction.

Dear all,

I have a large images stack from CT projection with 360 degree rotation. But somehow during the scanning, the sample had a wobbling, now I want to register the bunches before 3D reconstruction. Does any body have an idea about this? PS: I tried many so called 'rigid transformation' and other methods, but they are only useful for two identical images with slight distortion. In CT scanning projection, each radiography has a angle deviation.
