serial communication matlab to serial port?

i am doing the project in real time. for that i need to send some array from matlab to serial port. for this any i need any command or and matlab code.

Just use the serial() function to create a connection to your serial port, and then fopen() to open the port, fwrite() (or fprintf()) to send data through the serial port, fread() (or fscanf()) to retrieve data through the port, and fclose() to close the port. I would start here:
