I am a student and have this problem, I have black background and white object(around circle) in it, I want with some programs(Labview, Matlab) all dotes of white object and make distribution and find the "center" of the object Please help me it is so important for me. Thank you

Practically all you need to do is to replace the filename and folder with yours, and change the threshold (if necessary).

I don't understand why you can't paste or type your filename into the script. That doesn't make any sense to me.
