calculating log mean energies

I am working on speech recognisation ,I have extracted features mfcc,now i have to extract medc Mel Energy Spectrum Dynamic Coefficients
the last step of mfcc is log and dct ,in medc it is replaced by logarathimic mean,
i have 20x2534 matrix,kindly tell how to calculate log value
