session base interface in matlab for nidaq.

How to send digital input and detect digital output using session base interface?

Right now I designated port0 line1/2 to be input only (for 2 of my sensors) and port 0 line 2/3 to be output only (my 2 led)

I want when port 0 line 1/2 detect digital signal (sensor) LED light will turn on for 100s (pause(100)) and turn off.

Anyone have ideas?
