Simbiology fails to load dataset, model fit and simulation

Hi I am running simulations and model fit using simbiology and it fails to load past projects. the model is still there but dataset, model fit and simulation are not.

the following error is displayed in the mathlab command window:

Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

How do fix this?

Hi Peter,

You can try increasing the amount of memory allocated to Java. You'll find instructions here.

If that doesn't take care of your problem, I would recommend contacting Tech Support directly. If you can provide a sample project that is causing problems, they might be able to figure out whether there's a problem with your configuration or whether it's due to a bug in SimBiology.

I tried increasing the heap memory and it does not work. Tech support has been contacted.
