simulation using Nonlinear polynomial

Hi,

I'm New in modeling and matlab. Can someone help me how to generate the output from bellow nonlinear model using matlab or simulink. is it needs me to convert the model to the TF first?

y(t)=1.2 u(t-1)+0.1 u(t-1)+ 0.6 (y-1)
