Simscape™ Driveline™의 Engines & Motors 라이브러리는 내연 기관 모델링을 위한 블록을 제공합니다. 단일 실린더의 스파크 점화식 엔진과 디젤 엔진, 또는 여러 실린더를 포함하는 왕복 엔진을 모델링할 수 있습니다. 또한 Piston 블록을 사용하여 내연 기관의 피스톤 메커니즘만 모델링할 수도 있습니다.

Single Cylinder Spark Ignition Engine
A crank-angle-resolved, naturally aspirated spark ignition engine. Control inputs such as throttle, intake VVT, air-to-fuel ratio, and spark advance vary during the simulation. You can simulate results from either an Otto cycle engine or an Atkinson cycle engine.
Crank-Angle-Resolved Engine Model
A 2.0-liter, four-cylinder, naturally aspirated, spark-ignited, four-stroke engine which computes crank-angle-resolved instantaneous torque.
Ship Propeller
A marine propeller represented by a Propeller block from the Simscape™ Driveline™ library that propels a ship. The propeller starts from rest while the current pushes the ship forward. The ship accelerates as the Ideal Angular Velocity Source starts up the propeller. After 500 seconds, the propeller spins at a constant speed, and the ship approaches a constant speed. Ship motion is resisted by a drag force that increases quadratically with ship speed.
