A collection of Matlab functions for the alignment of images, volumes, etc.

Alignment

This collection contains functions that can be used to align images or volumes.

Documentation

Each function in this collection is documented in the help block of the function. That is the first comment block in the function file and can be found by typing

help FUNCTION_NAME

in the command window.

Installation

This toolbox can be installed by opening whAlignment.mltbx in Matlab. It will be installed as an add-on. You can manage your add-ons in Home > Add-Ons > Manage Add-Ons.

To install from source, download or clone this repository into a location of you choice and add that location to your Matlab path.
