Allows acquiring channel intensity data from RGB images at specific ROIs

App of general use but specifically developed for the publication "Brain tissue mechanics is governed by microscale relations of the tissue constituents" [Ref: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.biomaterials.2023.122273].

INPUT: RGB files and .roi files

OUTPUT: processed images, result plots and .mat files with processed data.
