This file is used to transfer matlab generated signal to wfm file format

ArbExpress is used to control Tek instruments. We can use ArbExpress to read wfm file and transfer it to AWG. But we need to transfer signals generated in Matlab to wfm file first. I have downloaded several m files from website but none of them work. So I write a new file by my self. You can use this file to generate wfm file. Then use ArbExpress to read this file and transfer waveform to AWG.
This function requires three parameters. signal is a string with range ±1 and length as multiple of 4. clockrate is a string with format '1.0000000000e+0009' (1GHz for example). filename is a string end with .wfm.
