This software, written in French for MATLAB 7.5 (R2007b), MATLAB 7.1 (R14SP3) or MATLAB 6.5, is a companion software for the book, also written in French "Commande et Estimation Multivariables" (Multivariable Control and Estimation). It allows to calculate the solutions of all the exercises of the book, all included with their solution, centered on five real plants, and to perform the simulations on each of them. Several known modern algorithms (pole placement, complete modal control, decoupling methods, LQ, LQG) and an entirely new one are available, to calculate state-feedback control laws, identity or reduced order observers, Kalman filters or a disturbance observer for these systems. The universal simulation diagrams included for Simulink 5.1 (R13SP1), Simulink 6.3 (R14SP3) and Simulink 7.0 (R2007b) allow the simulation of both continuous time and discrete time models, with or without full or partial integral action added to the state-feedback loop, and with either constant deterministic or pure stochastic (band-limited white noise) disturbances applied to the model (load and measurement disturbances).
