There are two main files that should be run for SD1 (intracellular recording) and SD2 (synthetic extracellular dataset).
Main_SD1_SR_based_pre_emphasis.m is main code for SD1 that requires following .mat and .m files: int11222.mat, Intra_11222_SNR.m, od_monostable_SR.m, teager_energy_op.m, bpf_SD1.m.
Main_SD2_SR_based_pre_emphasis.m is main code for SD2 that requires fo following .mat and .m files: C_Difficult2_noise02.mat, C_Difficult2_noise02_SNR.m, bpf_SD2.m, od_monostable_SR.m .
