Search & replace multiple files with multiple search & replace pairs.

SEARCHREPLACEMANY This is the command line version of SearchReplaceManyGUI.

*** THIS VERSION WILL WORK ON ANY VERSION OF MATLAB WITH REGEXPREP AND ON ANY OPERATING SYSTEM ***

This program will search all files in the list, TargetFiles, for all the strings, SearchStrings, and replace them withtheir corresponding replacement strings, ReplaceStrings.

For example, you may change all instances of "COMPANY" to "THE MATHWORKS" and all instances of "CLIENT" to "MICHAEL ROBBINS" simultaneously on C:\MATLAB7\LICENSE.TXT and C:\WORK\SNR.M

Provide this function with a CellString of target files, search strings (regex), corresponding replacement strings (regex), prefixes to be applied to all search strings, suffixes, prefixes to be applied to all replacement strings, and suffixes. Also provide a 1 (true) to assume strings are regular expressions or 0 (false) to take strings literally.
