These Statistical Functions are adapted from Hughes & Crawford 2012, "Precipitation weighted least squares regression, PWLSR." They propose using a precipitation weighted method among various adaptations of regression analysis laid out in IAEA's "Statistical Treatment of Data on Environmental Isotopes in Precipitation." (1992) Which uses Ordinary Least Squares Regression (OLSR).
