Fast separable N-D convolution

The function performs N-D separable convolution similarly to Igor Solovey's CONVNSEP. In fact, the latter has been an inspiration for writing the present code, which improves on Igor's implementation by using a simpler dimension-shifting mechanism as well as by allowing one to use filters of arbitrary sizes.
