hinkleyPdf.m gives the PDF for a ratio distribution where the numerator and denominator are both Gaussian random variables with null correlation (statistically independent). The mean and standard deviation of each random variable (numerator and denominator) are assumed unequal (in general), and the denominator is assumed to have a non-zero mean.
