filenames(folder, varargin)

Read filenames from a folder and filter by conditions

Read filenames from a folder and output a cell with all names matching the conditions set in varargin.
Set conditions as strings, and the resulting cell will only contain file names including all of these as substrings.
Set conditions starting with '/', and the resulting cell will only contain file names excluding all of these as subtrings.
Folders and foldernames are ignored.
EXAMPLE:

files = filenames('logs', '.txt', '/test', '/practice')

Search for files in the subfolder 'logs' and creates a cell with all filenames containing the substring '.txt' and missing substrings 'test' and 'practice'.
