rtwparse(rtwstr)

Parse .rtw file in code generation of Simulink Coder and create an struct representation

This function take in "rtwstr" (typically fileread from a .rtw file) and parse it into a struct variable.
This version of script is not very cost-efficient due to the usage of regular expression, thus may not be suitable to analyze big .rtw file.
