Recording Voice and Shuffling

Record audio, and shuffle it.

In this program we can record our voice, plot the audio.
We shuffle the recorded audio by two methods - coarse (automatic) and precise(user selected).
In the coarse method - the shuffling happens automatically with assumptions and hence is not very accurate.
In the precise method we selected the points of shuffling parts from the graph, and then create the mix tape. The accuracy of this depends on how precisely the user selects the points.
We also change the pitch of the recorded audio, by changing the Sample Rate.
